Every aspect of the R3 Texas, LLC charter is to provide the customer base with the best service.  To do this, we ask questions and never assume we know the answers to the customers issues.  Each customer’s culture is different, no matter the industry.

We make it our goal to represent each principals’ interests within distribution channels and customers cultures. If we do not have the answer the customer is looking for, we find it. In or out of our “bag.”

This has been our key to success.  This has brought customers back to us time and time again. They know us, they trust us, and they are assured we have their solutions.

Our Team

Dione Rowell ( Managing Partner) :

    Dione began in the electronics business in Oklahoma. From that start, she learned that the best way to provide excellent service to her customers was to simply, “give it to them.”  This approach has enabled her to forge many successful relationships with customers and distributors. 

John Rowell (Fort Worth/Dallas) :

     John is a pioneer in the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana market.  He began in the market when Representative firms were a new and innovative approach to selling.  He continues to take innovative and fresh approaches to selling in the market. When developing a new account, he looks for an advocate within the account to champion the R3 Texas product offering.  From this single  step [weeks not months] he is able to  broaden the sphere of personnel with whom he works within and introduce a broad list of our principals . This introduction continues as engineers and buyers are exposed to so many products that constant reinforcement is the only way to succeed across a broad range. His base goal is to work engineering to the point where price is not the deciding factor at the buyers desk.

Rick Rowell (Austin/San Antonio/Houston) :

   A graduate of the University of Arizona, Rick has served the Austin electronics market for 20 years.  His approach to the market is to  immerse himself in knowledge about his factories’ products and his customer’s product. Using this knowledge to find the “right” solution in technology and cost is the best reward. His customers look to Rick as a member of their team. They know Rick has their best interests in mind and is not opposed to suggesting a solution that does not include a factory he represents if it serves his customer’s needs. The result is customers ask him to join the design process early. His early involvement with projects, his knowledge of product and his commitment to customer satisfaction are the keys to his success.

Kelly Gatton (Inside Sales Manager) :

     Kelly has been a product manager for a major distributor for 12 years.   With this tenure, he developed an understanding regarding need to provide customers with accurate and timely responses to inquiries for quotations, expedites, sample requests,.

    Servicing our suppliers requires periodic reporting on our sales activities, new business development, sales lead follow up, and additional requirements specific to their product lines. Kelly draws from his knowledge as a product manager to produce comprehensive, accurate and timely reports, responses to sales leads and sales feedback.
